关于辐射对心脏和血管系统的影响,以往大部分文献报告,均为局部照射的实验结果,且多侧重于病理形态变化的研究,对全身照射后心—血管功能改变的研究较少,尤其是超致死剂量全身照射后心—血管功能改变的研究更为少见。本实验用~(60)Co γ—射线2 Krads和20Krads一次全身照射大鼠,照后不同时间观察心输出量等六项功能指标,以期探讨肠型和心血管型放射病时心—血管功能变化的规律及差异,为今后肠型和心血管型放射病的防治提供一些理论依据。
