对两亲本色素产生能力差异较大的杂交组合 - 6 30 7组合色素遗传进行分析 ,证明稻瘟病菌的色素产生是由一个基因控制。通过 6 30 7R - 9(深灰或黑 )与6 30 7R - 1 0 (白 )进行菌丝融合 ,较易形成色素产生能力不同于两亲本的新菌株。对 5 5 86组合、 6 5 1 5组合等 4个组合共 2 41个菌株色素产生情况的观察 ,进一步验证了稻瘟病菌色素产生由一个基因控制。
The analysis of 6:30 7 combined pigment inheritance showed that the pigment production of Magnaporthe grisea was controlled by a single gene. The mycelial fusion of 6 30 7R - 9 (dark gray or black) and 6 30 7R - 1 0 (white) made it easier to form a new strain with a different pigment production ability from that of the parents. The observation of pigment production in 2 41 strains of 4 combinations including 5 5 86 combination and 6 5 1 5 combination further verified that the pigment production of Magnaporthe grisea was controlled by one gene.
