利用计算机辅助解析FTIR光谱法—退卷积和曲线拟合,研究了稀土离子与钙调蛋白的相互作用。结果表明:三价稀土离子能与脱钙的钙调蛋白相结合,导致蛋白质二级结构的变化。
The interaction of rare earth ions with calmodulin was studied using computer-assisted analytical FTIR spectroscopy-deconvolution and curve fitting. The results showed that trivalent rare earth ions could combine with decalcified calmodulin, leading to the change of protein secondary structure.
