本文测定了３０例肺心病患者的红细胞免疫功能，并与正常人进行了比较。结果表明：肺心病患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率）明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），而红细胞免疫复合物花环率（ＲＢＣ－ＩＣ花环率）则高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０５），且肺心病患者血清循环免疫复合物（ＣｌＣ）也明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示肺心病患者有红细胞免疫功能异常。
This article measured the erythrocyte immune function in 30 patients with cor pulmonale, and compared with normal people. The results showed that rosette C3b receptor rosette rate (RBC-C3b receptor rosette rate) in patients with cor pulmonale was significantly lower than that in normal people (P <0.01), while RBC-IC rosette rate (P <0.05), and the serum circulating immune complex (ClC) in patients with cor pulmonale was also significantly higher than that in normal people (P <0.01), suggesting that patients with cor pulmonale had abnormal erythrocyte immune function.
