卒中是偏头痛的一种罕见后遗症,约发生在1%偏头痛患者中。以前曾报告2例因预防偏头痛服用β-阻滞剂后,伴随持久缺血病变者。本文报告1例偏头痛患者服用心得安后呈持久缺血性卒中。该例系48岁男性患者,12岁起右侧偏头痛,每1~3月发作一次,头痛前恶心,有闪光暗点,偶现左侧视野缺损。先兆持续45分钟,头痛延续24小时,服阿斯匹林有效。患者不抽烟,有轻度高血压病史2年而服心得安每日80mg。患者入院后当日醒来发现右侧暗点,恶心,1小时后进展为明显同向偏盲,头痛
Stroke is a rare sequelae of migraine, occurring in about 1% of migraine sufferers. Two patients previously reported with persistent ischemic disease after taking beta-blockers for migraine prevention. This article reports a migraine sufferer who takes a sustained ischemic stroke after taking propofol. The case of a 48-year-old male patient, right migraine from the age of 12, every 1 to 3 months attack, nausea before the headache, a flash of dark spots, occasional left visual field defects. The precursor lasts 45 minutes, with a headache lasting 24 hours, taking aspirin as effective. Patients do not smoke, have a mild history of hypertension for 2 years and convinced 80mg daily.
