目的:建立测定复方雷锁辛擦剂中间苯二酚、苯酚和水杨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm),流动相:甲醇-2%乙酸溶液(40:60),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:280 nm。结果:间苯二酚在5~25 μg·ml-1,苯酚在10~100μg·ml-1,水杨酸在3~90μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数依次为:0.999 9, 0.999 8,0.999 9。回收率依次为:99.5%(RSD0.9%),100.1%(RSD0.6%),99.7%(RSD 1.4%)。结论:本法专属性强,结果准确可靠。适用于复方雷锁辛擦剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of resorcinol, phenol and salicylic acid in Fufang Leihuaxin liniment. METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-2% acetic acid solution (40:60) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: Resorcinol showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5-25 μg · ml-1, phenol at 10-100 μg · ml-1 and salicylic acid in the range of 3-90 μg · ml-1.
