在湖北省京山、浠水县部分贫困地区对1 791名学前儿童营养进行为期4年的改善工作。4年培训出各级营养工作者625名,接受营养教育人数2 270人。在未给村民添加过多经济负担的情况下,使改善区整体膳食结构、食物摄入状况趋于合理。低体重儿减少了36.3%,低矮儿减少了54.9%,消瘦儿减少了50%,贫血人数减少了48.1%,佝偻病患病率减少了81.4%。营养改善取得良好效果。4年实际投入经费19 320元,投入人力47人,花费时间共3220天。
A total of 1 791 preschool children’s nutrition was improved for 4 years in some impoverished areas in Jingshan and Xishui County of Hubei Province. In the past four years, 625 nutrition workers at all levels were trained, and 2,270 were educated in nutrition. Without adding excessive economic burden to villagers, the overall dietary structure and food intake in the improved areas tend to be reasonable. A 36.3% reduction in low birth weight, a 54.9% reduction in low children, a 50% reduction in weight loss, a 48.1% reduction in anemia, and a 81.4% reduction in the prevalence of rickets. Nutritional improvement achieved good results. 4 years actually invested 19 320 yuan, 47 manpower, spend a total of 3220 days.
