以5个国内合成群体和5个美国群体为父本,吉单261双亲自交系为母本,组配20个测交组合。基于有利等位基因频率的群体改良理论,分析了10个群体改良我国东北区杂交种吉单261产量和穗行数的育种潜力及改良策略。研究表明,供试群体具有改良杂交种性状的利用价值,辽旅综、中综3号、BSCB1等3个群体具有同时提高杂交种产量和穗行数的潜力。建议采用吉853回交吉853×辽旅综和吉853×中综3号组合,或对W9706×BSCB1组合连续自交,获得新改良系,期望实现对现有杂交种吉单261的持续改良。
Five domestic population and five American populations were used as male parents and Jidan 261 parents were used as female parents with 20 cross combinations. Based on the population improvement theory of favorable allele frequency, the breeding potential and the improvement strategy of 10 populations improving the yield and ear number per row in hybrid Jilin Jidan 261 were analyzed. The results showed that the tested populations had the potential to improve the traits of hybrids. Three populations (Liao-luan, Zhong-zhong 3 and BSCB1) had the potential to increase the yield of hybrids and the number of ears at the same time. It is suggested that the combination of Ji 853 Huijiao Ji 853 × Liaogu and Hei 853 × Zhonghe 3 or the continuous improvement of W9706 × BSCB1 combination should be used to improve the existing hybrid Jidan 261 .
