结肠梗阻是结肠癌晚期常见的并发症之一,由于病程发展缓慢,早期症状不明显,故往往容易漏诊。临床上一旦出现梗阻症状,处理往往非常困难,如何采取合理的治疗方案可直接影响预后。我院1995～2000年共收治梗阻性结肠癌12例,采用Ⅰ期切除吻合术,具体处理体会如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组梗阻性结肠癌12例,男9例,女3例,男女之比3:1 发病年龄24～78岁,平均53岁。起病时间
Obstruction of the colon is one of the common complications of colon cancer. Because of the slow progression of the disease and the early symptoms, it is often easy to miss diagnosis. Once the symptoms of obstruction appear in the clinic, treatment is often very difficult. How to adopt a reasonable treatment plan can directly affect the prognosis. In our hospital from 1995 to 2000 a total of 12 cases of obstructive colon cancer were treated with stage I resection and anastomosis.
