2016年以来,国际原油价格一路走低,石油行业控制生产成本就显得尤为重要。物资管理对保证施工项目的顺利进行、降低生产成本和提高企业效益起着举足轻重的作用。本文以油田产能建设工程物资管理存在的问题着手,分析如何加强石油企业物资管理的方法与措施,从而降低石油行业的生产成本,以提高油田企业的经济效益。
Since 2016, the international crude oil price has been going down all the time. It is especially important for the petroleum industry to control the production cost. Materials management plays a decisive role in ensuring the smooth progress of construction projects, reducing production costs and improving enterprise efficiency. This paper starts with the problems in material management of oilfield production capacity construction project and analyzes how to strengthen the methods and measures of materials management in oil enterprises so as to reduce the production cost in oil industry and improve the economic benefits of oilfield enterprises.
