自70年代苏联Fyodorov等开展放射状角膜切开术以来,至今苏、美等国已广泛采用以手术治疗近视眼。现已证实,这是一种安全、疗效肯定的治疗近视眼的手术方法。1989年2月至1990年1月,我院行此手术计666例(1302只眼)。本文主要对其中可追踪到的、资料完整的738只眼作术后6～9个月的疗效统计分析。本文术前平均屈光度为-6.650,平均角膜屈光度为44.17D。
Since the 1970s, the Soviet Union Fyodorov and other radial keratotomy, so far, the Soviet Union, the United States and other countries have been widely used to treat myopia surgery. Has now been confirmed, this is a safe, effective treatment of myopia surgery method. From February 1989 to January 1990, 666 cases (1302 eyes) underwent surgery in our hospital. This article mainly analyzes the efficacy of 638 months after operation in 738 eyes which can be traced and has complete data. The average preoperative refractive power -6.650, the average corneal refractive 44.17D.
