目的规范老年病区护工手卫生的医院感染管理方法。方法采取干预措施,改善护工手卫生状况,并对干预前后护工手卫生情况进行监测。结果干预前,护工人员手及手接触部位的物体表面检出病原菌;采取干预措施后,护工人员手及手接触部位的物体表面合格率为100%。结论强化医院感染管理,采取相应的干预措施,可有效改善护工的手卫生状况。
Objective To standardize the method of nosocomial infection management among hand wards in elderly wards. Methods Interventions were taken to improve the hand hygiene status of care workers and the health status of the hand workers before and after the intervention was monitored. Results Before the intervention, the pathogen was detected on the surface of the hand of the care worker and the contact part of the hand. After passing the intervention, the pass rate of the surface of the worker’s hand and the contact part of the hand was 100%. Conclusions Strengthening hospital infection management and adopting appropriate interventions can effectively improve hand hygiene status of care workers.
