采用因素轮换法较系统地研究了温度、时间、液固比、浸取介质、焙烧样细度等对磷石膏、钾长石复合焙烧样钾溶出率的影响。实验结果表明,当焙烧样在浸取温度为70℃、浸取时间为2 h、液固比为4/1、浸取介质选用NH3.H2O且用量为焙烧样质量的2.0%、固样颗粒在0.064~0.074 mm时,焙烧样能达到较好的浸取效果。
The influence of temperature, time, liquid-solid ratio, leaching medium and calcined fineness on the dissolution rate of potassium from phosphogypsum and potassium feldspar was studied systematically by factor rotation method. The experimental results show that when the calcination temperature is 70 ℃, the leaching time is 2 h, the liquid-solid ratio is 4/1, the NH3.H2O is selected as the leaching medium and the dosage is 2.0% of the calcined sample, In the 0.064 ~ 0.074 mm, the roasting can achieve better leaching effect.
