介绍了机载智能液压泵的结构、工作原理 ,对液压泵变量调节系统进行了数学建模和仿真。结果表明 ,斜盘位移响应的上升时间小于 2 2 ms,超调小于 8%,静态精度小于 0 .7%,变量机构平衡弹簧的最佳预压缩力相当于伺服阀供油压力的 1 /2 ,液压泵排油压力对变量调节响应时间的最大影响为 2 ms,液压油体积弹性模量取值的变化对变量调节没有明显影响 ,但伺服阀的恒定供油压力必须保证。
The structure and working principle of airborne intelligent hydraulic pump are introduced. Mathematical modeling and simulation are carried out on the variable system of hydraulic pump. The results show that the displacement response of the swashplate is less than 2 2 ms, the overshoot is less than 8% and the static accuracy is less than 0.7%. The best pre-compression force of the variable mechanism balance spring is equivalent to 1/2 of the servo valve’s oil supply pressure , The maximum effect of the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump on the variable response time is 2 ms. The change of the value of the volume elastic modulus of the hydraulic oil has no obvious effect on the variable adjustment. However, the constant supply pressure of the servo valve must be guaranteed.
