目的为了掌握宝山区儿童青少年体质状况及健康水平,真实了解学生体检工作质量情况,为学生常见病防治方案和策略的制定提供重要依据。方法按现场体检人数3%～5%比例随机抽查。被抽取对象进行前后2次循环体检,根据判断误差结果,按照质量控制公式计算超允许误差率,评价当天体检质量。结果除2000年超允许误差率为5.83%之外,其余7年总体上体检质量均为合格(超误差率在1.83%～4.83%)。结论8年来对学生体检现场质量抽查评估结果为基本符合质量要求。质量抽查中发现和存在问题有待改进与提高。
Objective To understand the physical condition and health level of children and adolescents in Baoshan District and to know the quality of physical examination of students and to provide an important basis for the formulation of the common disease prevention and control programs and strategies for students. Methods According to the number of on-the-spot medical examination 3% ~ 5% random sampling. According to the result of judgment error, according to the quality control formula, the allowable error rate was calculated and the quality of medical examination on the same day was evaluated. Results In addition to the super-allowable error rate of 5.83% in 2000, the other seven years were generally qualified for quality of examination (super-error rate of 1.83% ~ 4.83%). Conclusion In the past eight years, the result of spot check on students’ physical examination field basically meets the quality requirements. Quality checks found and existing problems to be improved and improved.
