本文是5,016位企业经营者参与的“2009·企业经营者问卷跟踪调查”的报告主要内容。企业经营者认为2009年宏观经济形势逐渐企稳向好,企业景气状况逐步回升,不过金融危机的影响仍未结束,经济增长的基础尚不稳固。企业经营者表示一方面将采取加强管理降低成本、引进人才、加强创新、开拓国内市场等措施积极应对挑战,另一方面建议政府重点关注消费需求,进一步加大减税力度、加强对中小企业的贷款,并将新增加的政府支出主要投向完善社会保障体系、医疗卫生体制改革和生态环境保护等方面;同时期待政府进一步推进各项改革,为企业健康发展创造更加良好的外部环境。
This article is the main content of the “2009 · Survey Report on Business Managers Survey” involving 5,016 business managers. Business operators believe that the macroeconomic situation gradually stabilized in 2009 and business conditions gradually picked up. However, the impact of the financial crisis is still not over and the foundation for economic growth is not yet stable. On the one hand, business operators said they will take the measures of strengthening management to reduce costs, introducing talents, strengthening innovation and opening up the domestic market to actively respond to the challenges. On the other hand, it is suggested that the government should focus on consumer demand, further increase tax cuts and strengthen the support to SMEs Loans, and new government expenditures will mainly be devoted to improving the social security system, health care system reform and ecological environment protection. At the same time, we look forward to the government’s further promotion of various reforms to create a more favorable external environment for the healthy development of enterprises.
