今年是十一届三中全会开创改革新局面刚过十载的第一年,又适逢建国四十周年。在这个时候,对我国的图书馆事业进行一次比较深刻的反思,看来很有必要,很有裨益。这里,我们先发表天津商学院惠世荣同志的这篇文章,还将在第二期发表上海市图书馆学会的《图书馆学理论改革十年反思座谈会纪要》。希望大家能围绕这一主题对我国图书馆事业四十年、特别是近十年的发展情况展开评论。来稿切忌感想式的空谈,文字以简短为佳。
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China just after the first year of the tenth anniversary of the founding of a new phase of reform in the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Government. At this time, it is very necessary and helpful to have a rather deep reflection on the library cause in our country. Here, we first published this article from Comrade Hui Shirong of Tianjin Business School. We will also publish the summary of the Symposium on Ten-Year Reflections on Library Theory Reform in the second issue of the Shanghai Library Association. I hope everyone can comment on the development of China’s library industry over the past 40 years, especially in the past 10 years. Contributions should avoid sensual empty talk, the text to short is better.
