各位领导、各位来宾、老师们、同学们: 在我们刚刚庆祝中国共产党成立79周年之际,我们又迎来了辽宁警官高等专科学校建校40周年。在这喜庆的日子里,我代表公安厅党委,向省警专的全体师生员工,表示热烈的祝贺！向参加校庆活动的各位领导和来宾,表示诚挚的欢迎！ 辽宁警官高等专科学校,是一所有着光辉业绩的学校。40年来,在省委、省政府和公安部的关怀下,在有关部门和兄弟院校的大力支持下,从小到大,从弱到强。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,学校的各项建设发生了质的飞跃。1985年,开办了大专班;1992年,在全国首批被公安部评为A级学校;1995年,又率先在全国同类院校试办侦察和痕迹检验本科专业,使教学跨上一个新台阶。目前,警专的学子遍布全省各级公安机关,有的走上领导岗位,有的成为专家骨干,有的被人民评为英雄模范。你们留下的光辉业绩,从警专毕业的学员不会忘记,全省公安民警不会忘记,党和人民不会忘记。
Ladies and gentlemen, Ladies and Gentlemen, Students: As we have just celebrated the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, we have ushered in the 40th anniversary of the establishment of Liaoning Police College. On this happy occasion, on behalf of the Party Committee of the Public Security Department, I express my warm congratulation to all the staff and students of the provincial police academy. We sincerely welcome all the leaders and guests who attended the celebration. Liaoning Police College, is a school with a brilliant performance. For 40 years, under the care of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and the Ministry of Public Security, with the strong support of relevant departments and brother colleges and universities, they have grown from small to large and from weak to strong. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee in particular, various leaps in schools have taken place. In 1985, a junior college was opened; in 1992, the first batch of schools in the country were rated A-level schools by the Ministry of Public Security; in 1995, they took the lead in piloting scout and trail examinations for undergraduate majors in similar institutions across the country to take teaching to a new level . At present, police academies and students all over the province public security organs at all levels, and some went to leadership posts, and some experts to become the backbone, and some were the people as a hero model. The brilliant achievements you have left behind will not be forgotten by the students who graduated from the police academies. The police in the province will not forget that the party and the people will not forget.
