微博是一个既现代又复杂的东西,它给人们的现代生活带来了自由和便捷。人们在畅享微博给我们带来的无穷乐趣与收益时,往往忽视了其给人们带来的危机,特别是给社会管理带来的巨大挑战。比如,微博的连锁放大效应,就像人们常说的南美洲亚马逊热带雨林中的一只蝴蝶扇动翅膀,就可能引发印度尼西亚的一场飓风。那么怎么抑制飓风的到来,或者减少它的危害呢?就要建立一个健康有序的微博环境。究其根本,是要从每一个微博的参与者、掌控者与维护者出发,履行微博的道德责任。
Weibo is a modern and complex thing that brings freedom and convenience to people’s modern life. When people enjoy the fun and benefits that weibo brought to us, people often neglect the crisis they bring to people, especially the huge challenges to social management. For example, the micro-Bo chain amplification effect, as one often said that a butterfly in South America’s Amazon rainforest flapping wings, may lead to a hurricane in Indonesia. So how to curb the arrival of hurricanes, or reduce its harm? It is necessary to establish a healthy and orderly microblogging environment. The basic idea is to start from each participant, controller and maintainer of Weibo, and fulfill the moral responsibility of Weibo.
