兰州石油机械研究所根据塔里木沙漠油田的需求,研制成功PDJ—Ⅰ型破袋机成套装置。这种装置为立式安装,分为上、中、下三层,上层主要装有破袋机和排尘管线;中层为筛选部分和除尘器;底部装有水泥出口阀门和水泥袋出口下罩、螺旋输送机和废料箱等。整套装置为全密封作业,既可避免环境污染,又能回收水泥粉尘,适用于油田物料集灰库,码头物料集转站以及钻井井场或钻井平台的牛
