《中国机械工程》杂志作为学会会刊,首先应该全面、迅速、精炼地反映中国机械工程学会学术活动的最新进展及重大成就。会刊的这一功能,绝不应成为被动的复制,而应是主动的引导,亦即不仅仅介绍学科的发展近况,而且要探求学科的发展趋势及其规律。对重大成就的报道,既要重点介绍成果的核心内容,又要注意介绍成果创新的全过程,以启迪科学思维,激发创新实践的活力。 促进机械工程界的学术思想交流是会刊的重要功能。为此,会刊应将跨学科交流作为重点。跨
As a journal of the society, “China Mechanical Engineering” magazine should first, comprehensively and promptly and accurately reflect the latest progress and major achievements of the academic activities of China Mechanical Engineering Society. Journal of this function, by no means should be a passive copy, but should be the initiative to guide, that is not only introduced the current state of development of disciplines, but also to explore the disciplinary trends and its laws. The reports on major achievements should not only focus on the core content of the achievements, but also introduce the whole process of innovating achievements in order to inspire scientific thinking and stimulate the vitality of innovative practices. The exchange of academic ideas in the field of mechanical engineering is an important function of the journal. To this end, the journal should focus on interdisciplinary exchanges. Cross
