以trans-4-n-烷基环己基甲醇和4-溴4’-羟基联苯为原料合成厂一组4-(trans-4-n-烷基环己基甲氧基)-4’-氰基联苯类液晶化合物,用IR、MS、元素分析确证了化学结构。研究发现铜盐对trans-4-n-烷基环己基甲醇的溴代反应有催化作用;在相转移催化剂的作用下进行醚化获得较高收率;氰代反应以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮为溶剂效果较好。DSC测试结果表明该类液晶化合物具有较高的清亮点。
A series of 4- (trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexylmethoxy) -4’-cyano was synthesized from trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexylcarbinol and 4-bromo 4’-hydroxybiphenyl Biphenyl liquid crystal compounds, with IR, MS, elemental analysis confirmed the chemical structure. It was found that the copper salt catalyzed the bromination reaction of trans-4-n-alkylcyclohexylmethanol, the etherification was carried out under the action of phase transfer catalyst, and the yield of the cyano-substituted N-methyl-2 - Pyrrolidone as a better solvent. DSC test results show that the liquid crystal compounds have a higher clearing point.
