为疏导严重挤塞的交通,从今年2月起伦敦市开始实施开车进“城”收费制,按照该规定,工作日进入市中心的车辆,每天需缴交拥堵费5英镑。新措施实施后的首日交通变得较为顺畅。
In order to ease traffic congestion, the city of London started to charge the “City” toll system starting from February this year.
