目的探讨Firebird冠状动脉内支架对女性冠心病患者介入治疗的安全性和近期疗效。方法对本院从2005年3月至2009年3月46例接受Firebird冠状动脉内支架植入术的女性患者的即刻疗效和6个月以上临床随访结果进行分析。结果 46例患者随访4～13个月,平均(7.7±3.1)个月,无心源性死亡和心肌梗死;7例(15.2%)有心绞痛(CCS分类I级)发生;6例行冠状动脉造影复查1例显示支架内再狭窄,予再次血管重建术后缓解。结论 Firebird冠状动脉内支架对女性冠心病患者的介入治疗有良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the safety and short-term efficacy of Firebird coronary stents for interventional treatment of female coronary heart disease. Methods Forty-six patients in our hospital from March 2005 to March 2009 undergoing Firebird coronary stenting were evaluated for immediate efficacy and clinical follow-up of more than 6 months. Results 46 patients were followed up for 4 ~ 13 months with an average of (7.7 ± 3.1) months without cardiac death and myocardial infarction. Seven patients (15.2%) had angina pectoris (class I CCS) and 6 patients underwent coronary angiography One case of review showed in-stent restenosis and remission after revascularization. Conclusion Firebird coronary stent has good effect on the interventional treatment of female coronary heart disease.
