目的：探讨开放性植骨结合负压封闭引流（VSD）在Gustilo Ⅲ型四肢骨折临床应用研究。方法：选取2012年7月-2014年7月本院收治的Gustilo Ⅲ型四肢骨折患者20例作为研究对象，所有患者均属于开放性软组织损伤Ⅲ级（Tscherne分型），应用开放性植骨结合VSD治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：所有患者随访11~19个月，平均15个月，创面重新为软组织所覆盖时间平均为21 d，骨折愈合时间平均为20周。结论：开放性植骨结合VSD治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型四肢骨折简单可靠，具有减少感染发生率、明显缩短软组织覆盖及骨折愈合时间等优点，值得临床推广。“,”Objective:To explore the clinical application of open bone graft combined with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of Gustilo Ⅲ fractures of extremities.Method:From July 2012 to July 2014,20 cases of type Gustilo Ⅲ extremities fractures with open soft tissue injury of level Ⅲ in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were treated with open bone graft combined with VSD,the effect were evaluated.Result:All cases were followed for 11 to 19 months,average of 15 months,the wound was covered by soft tissue for the average of 21 days,the average time of fracture healing was 20 weeks.Conclusion:Open bone graft combined with VSD is simple and reliable in the treatment of type Gustilo Ⅲ extremities fractures.It can reduce the chance of infection, shorten soft tissue coverage time and fracture healing time,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
