一、建立便民档案利用体系的必要性档案馆(室)的社会价值是通过服务体现的。档案信息的提供利用在档案工作中占有突出的地位。在知识经济成为社会经济的主流,社会经济结构开始发生变化的时候,社会需求发生较大变化,知识总量的不断增长,知识领域不断扩展,利用者自身结构也随之发生变化。因此,传统的档案利用体系已经不适合当今社会发展的需要,亟待建立适应社会发展的便民档案利用体系。二、传统档案利用体系存在的问题(一)馆(室)藏资源不足。1.档案收集征集力度不够。传统档案管理中,档案部门一般只保管档案,被动
I. The Necessity of Establishing Convenient File Utilization System The social value of archives (rooms) is demonstrated through services. The utilization of the file information occupies a prominent position in the file work. When the knowledge economy has become the mainstream of the society and economy and social and economic structures have begun to change, the social needs have undergone major changes. The total amount of knowledge has continuously increased. The knowledge areas have been continuously expanded, and the structures of users themselves have also changed. Therefore, the traditional archives utilization system is not suitable for the needs of today’s society, and it is urgent to establish a convenient archives utilization system that is suitable for the development of the society. Second, the traditional file system problems (a) Museum (room) lack of resources. 1. Enriched the collection of files is not enough. Traditional file management, the file department generally only keep the file, passive
