随着高校人才的不断涌入,就业工作愈发受到职院的关注,为此高职院校采取一系列措施,应对瞬息万变的就业形势。做好学生就业工作能够促进高职院校人才培养质量的提升。本文主要就职院学生就业工作对人才培养的影响进行分析和研究。
With the continual influx of talented people in colleges and universities, the work of employment is getting more and more attention from the vocational colleges. Therefore, vocational colleges take a series of measures to cope with the ever-changing employment situation.
