在燃油锅炉火焰罩上喷涂Al_2O_3陶瓷涂层,以改善火焰罩的工作状况,提高罩体的使用寿命。这项工作经几年的试验和喷涂Al_2O_3涂层的罩体的实际使用,证明涂层的工作可靠,解决了罩体的变形和烧蚀问题,延长了罩体的使用寿命。目前,该工艺已正式投入生产应用。一、火焰罩的工作条件与喷涂涂层前后的使用情况燃油锅炉燃烧器中,采用火焰罩,能帮助燃油进一步雾化,使油气混合均匀,保证稳定
