研究了稀土元素对60CrMnMo热轧辊用钢高温低周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素能明显提高60CrMnMo钢的高温低周疲劳寿命,使断裂循环数提高18.5%~28.8%,细化、变质钢中的夹杂物,使疲劳断口上的疲劳条带间距减少。同时给出稀土元素的合适加入量为0.05wt%~0.10wt%.
The effects of rare earth elements on high temperature and low cycle fatigue properties of hot rolled 60CrMnMo steel were studied. The results show that the rare earth elements can significantly improve the high temperature and low cycle fatigue life of 60CrMnMo steel and increase the number of fracture cycles by 18.5% -28.8%. The inclusions in the refined and deteriorated steel can improve the fatigue life of the fatigue fracture Pitch reduction. At the same time, the proper amount of rare earth elements added is 0.05 wt% ~ 0.10 wt%.
