目的 通过比较不同校准系数(YSF系数)下Trima Accel型血细胞分离机采集的单采血小板Plt含量,探寻该机器在实际应用中的最适校准系数。方法 选取Trima Accel型血细胞分离机,将调节不同的优化YSF系数后的机器作为3个实验组,保持原YSF系数的机器作为对照组。每台血细胞分离机完成采集110例并记录每份血小板的Plt检测值,重量,通过公式计算得出其实际血小板含量。将4组数据进行统计分析,比较不合格率与高值率,绘制正态分布曲线,选出最合适的血小板YSF系数。结果 应用完全随机设计的方差分析得出使用相同YSF系数的不同机器之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);每一实验组与对照组的参数设置对单采血小板Plt含量有显著影响,二者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。应用YSF系数为0.98的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.76±0.22)×10~(11)/袋,不合格率为14.55%(16/110),高值率为20.00%(22/110);应用YSF系数为0.99的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.69±0.18)×10~(11)/袋,不合格率为14.55%(16/110),高值率为12.73%(14/110);应用YSF系数为1.00的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.65±0.23)×10~(11)/袋,不合格率为22.73%(25/110),高值率为13.64%(15/110);应用YSF系数为1.01的机器采集出的单采血小板Plt含量为(2.59±0.19)×10~(11)/袋,不合格率为33.64%(37/110),高值率为3.64%(4/110)。再经过正态分布曲线比较后得出的最适YSF系数为0.99。结论 Trima Accel型血细胞分离机在YSF系数为0.99时,离散程度最小,合格率符合国家标准,高值率处于最佳水平,可优化血小板的采集过程,提高血小板单采的综合质量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the Plt content of apheresis plate collected by Trima Accel blood cell separator with different calibration coefficients (YSF coefficients) and find out the optimum calibration coefficient of this machine in practical application. Methods The Trima Accel blood cell separator was selected. The machines with different optimized YSF coefficients were selected as the three experimental groups and the machine with the original YSF coefficients as the control group. Per blood cell separator to complete the acquisition of 110 cases and record each piece of Plt test value, weight, calculated by the formula of the actual platelet content. The four groups of data for statistical analysis, comparison of unqualified rate and high value rate, draw the normal distribution curve, select the most appropriate platelet YSF coefficient. Results The variance analysis of a completely randomized design showed that there was no significant difference between the different machines using the same YSF coefficient (P> 0.05). The parameter settings of each experimental group and the control group had a significant effect on the Plt content of apheresis platelets , There was statistical significance between the two (P <0.05). The platelet Plt content of apheresis platelets collected with YSF coefficient of 0.98 was (2.76 ± 0.22) × 10-11 / bag, with the failure rate of 14.55% (16/110) and the high value rate of 20.00% (22 / 110). The PLT content of apheresis platelets collected by the machine with YSF coefficient of 0.99 was (2.69 ± 0.18) × 10 ~ (11) / bag, the failure rate was 14.55% (16/110) 12.73% (14/110). The optimum YSF coefficient obtained from the normal distribution curve comparison is 0.99. Conclusion The Trima Accel blood cell separator has the smallest degree of dispersion when the YSF coefficient is 0.99. The qualified rate conforms to the national standard, and the high value rate is at the optimal level, which can optimize the platelet collection process and improve the comprehensive quality of platelet apheresis.
