我局在街子工程建设中,遵照“经济建设必须依靠科学技术,科学技术工作必须面向经济建设”的方针。在工程施工中,紧紧依靠科技进步,推广、应用、消化,吸收国内外的先进科技成果,几年来已实施的科技进步项目30多项,加快了施工进度、提高了施工质量,降低了工程造价、保证了工期、体现了科学技术向生产力的转化。
