本文引入了风险管理思想,从风险识别、原因分析、风险控制等方面阐述了数字记录安全存储的风险管理方法,并从意识、法律法规、技术和管理四个层面提出了控制风险的策略。
This paper introduces the idea of risk management, elaborates the risk management method of digital record secure storage from the aspects of risk identification, reason analysis and risk control, and puts forward the strategies of risk control from four aspects: awareness, laws and regulations, technology and management.
