组织文化既是一种管理理论,也是一种社会现象。作为管理理论,它被理论家们最大限度地加工改造为一种积极有效的管理工具。作为社会现象,它像任何事物一样,在管理实践中既有其积极的一面,也有其消极的一面。然而令人遗憾的是,由于人们往往不能清晰自觉地区分作为管理理论的组织文化和作为社会现象的组织文化,在对组织文化管理一片颂歌的大背景下,作为社会现象的组织文化的消极一面被人们有意无意地忽视了。这种片面性,在管理实践中的危害是显而易见的,有必要保持足够的关注。
