1目的 探讨尼莫通对大鼠脑缺血再灌注时细胞凋亡的影响。 2方法 对实验大鼠于脑缺血前应用尼莫通进行干预 ,在脑缺血再灌注不同时间内 ,用免疫组化法检测凋亡相关基因 c- fos及 bcl- 2蛋白表达的变化。 3结果 尼莫通组大鼠脑缺血后的梗死体积显著减小 (t=2 .79,P<0 .0 5 ) ;尼莫通组脑缺血再灌注时皮层和基底核区 c- fos的表达明显下降 (t=4.84,6 .14,P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 bcl- 2蛋白的表达明显增强 (t=3.5 3,4.2 2 ,P<0 .0 0 1)。 4结论 尼莫通可抑制脑缺血再灌注时细胞凋亡的发生。
1 Objective To investigate the effect of nimotop on cerebral cell apoptosis during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats. 2 Methods Nimodipine was administered before cerebral ischemia in experimental rats. The expression of c-fos and bcl-2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry at different time points after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. 3 Results Nimodong group after cerebral ischemia infarction volume was significantly reduced (t = 2.79, P <0.05); Nimodom group of cerebral cortex and basal ganglia cerebral c- The expression of fos was significantly decreased (t = 4.84,6.14, P <0.001), while the expression of bcl-2 protein was significantly increased (t = 3.5 3,4.2 2, P <0.001). 4 Conclusion Nimotop can inhibit apoptosis during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
