Since the reform and opening up, the city has undergone profound changes in its national economic structure. An important feature of the ownership structure is that it has changed the situation in which the public-owned economy is dominated by the world and has basically formed a pattern of taking the public ownership as the mainstay and the common development of various ownership-based industries. The development of non-public ownership economy has injected new vitality into the entire national economy and promoted the development of the national economy. However, on the whole, at present, the development of non-state-owned economy in our city is still in its infancy. The 15th CPC National Congress explicitly states that the non-public ownership economy is an important group in the socialist market economy
