基底之上的载荷分布明显不均导致的基础沉降差问题在中软土地区较为突出。以减少沉降差异为主要目的的变刚度调平布桩模式是桩筏基础设计中的关键点。本文简述了其理论依据,介绍了其在国内的研究进展,以一实例,分析了这一思想在带裙房的某超高层框架核心筒结构基础设计中的具体运用。算例分析表明,在保证承载力的基础上,变刚度调平后的基础差异沉降较小,经济性良好。
The problem of the foundation settlement difference caused by the obvious uneven load distribution on the basement is more prominent in the middle and soft soil areas. The variable stiffness piling pattern with the main purpose of reducing the difference of settlement is the key point in the design of piled raft foundation. This paper briefly describes its theoretical basis, introduces its research progress in China, with an example, analyzes the concrete application of this idea in the basic design of the core tube structure of a super high-rise frame with a podium. The case study shows that on the basis of the guaranteed bearing capacity, the foundation settlement with variable stiffness is less settled and the economy is good.
