从1989年到2003年,整整14个年头,目前还没有哪一个甲级球队的主教练能象唐磊军这样长久地率领同一支队伍南征北战。和他率领的南京部队女排一样,唐磊军一直默默无闻地埋头做自己的事,他的名字在排坛可以说是既熟悉而又陌生,经常听说但却又知之甚少,关于唐磊军的专访几乎从未见过。即使这两年南部女排的成绩一年一个台阶地往上直窜,关于唐磊军和南部女排的新闻也依然寥寥无几。出于好奇,我们第一次走近唐磊军和南部这支军旅女排。然而,当我们真正走近唐磊军的时候,才发现这位排坛长青树的世界其实非常丰富而充实。
