乙型肝炎的感染是一个严重的社会公共卫生问题。全世界预计乙肝病毒携带者约为2亿多人,我国占一半,这些乙肝病毒感染者,可以发展成慢性肝炎、肝硬化、甚至肝癌。对社会危害极大,要求预防乙肝病毒的感染,乙肝疫苗的应用是很重要的。 一、乙肝疫苗的种类 (一)血源疫苗 目前由于HBV尚不能体外培养,又无普通易感动物,给疫苗的制备带来许多困难。Blumberg首先提出用HBsAg制备疫苗,并用无症状携带HBsAg人的血液中的抗原,提纯制备疫苗。称为乙型肝炎血源疫苗。
