Developing mountain areas and managing poverty and becoming rich have become the issues of concern to ethnic regions. But how to develop it? Some emphasize the development of state-owned industries and large factories and take off directly. Some advocate diversification and development of the commodity economy and make steady progress. I think: The key issue is to proceed from reality and decide on the respective strategic guidelines according to the advantages of different mountainous areas. Neither can copy it
