博物馆是中国文化事业的重要组成部分,这是尽人皆知的事实,但在对其独特性、重要性的认识上,或是见仁见智,或是朦胧不明,特别是在经济全球化、文化经济化的情景下,人们对博物馆的认识更是摸着石头过河。虽然《文物保护法》中涉及到博物馆管理的一些部分,但是博物馆的管理尚未纳入法制化、制度化、标准化的轨道。进一步讲,博物馆与现代文化建设之间关系如何看待,如何着手,如何发展,更需要认真研究和科学运作,就此,本文试做一些浅显的探讨。
It is a well-known fact that a museum is an important part of Chinese cultural undertaking. However, its understanding of its uniqueness and importance is either a matter of opinion or uncertainty, especially in the context of economic globalization and cultural economy Under the people’s understanding of the museum is feeling the stones across the river. Although some aspects of museum management are involved in the Law on the Protection of Cultural Relics, the management of museums has not yet been incorporated into the legal, institutional and standardization. Further speaking, what is the relationship between the museum and the construction of modern culture, how to proceed and how to develop it, more needs careful study and scientific operation. In this connection, this article tries to make some brief discussions.
