为防止溢油污染扩散蔓延,以渤海湾为研究对象,根据海洋环境动力学建立动态溢油模型并生成DLL。在Visual Studio.net语言环境下基于ArcEngine控件进行组件式GIS开发并嵌入DLL,开发出GIS溢油预测系统。输入溢油事故相关参数,DLL就自行运算生成SHP格式溢油轨迹文件,系统可将其转成KML格式文件,然后自行启动Google Earth并加载KML,通过Google Earth来显示溢油轨迹,为溢油应急治理提供辅助决策。结果表明整合GIS和Google Earth开发可以提高效率、节省费用,能较准确地对海上溢油轨迹进行预测,有进一步推广的潜力。
In order to prevent the proliferation and spread of oil spill pollution, taking Bohai Bay as the research object, a dynamic oil spill model and a DLL are established according to the marine environmental dynamics. In Visual Studio.net language environment based on ArcEngine control component GIS development and embedded DLL, developed a GIS oil spill prediction system. Enter the relevant parameters of the oil spill accident, DLL to generate SHP format oil spill trajectory file, the system can convert it into KML format file, and then start Google Earth and load KML, through Google Earth to show the oil spill trajectory for oil spill Emergency management to provide supportive decision-making. The results show that the integrated GIS and Google Earth development can improve efficiency, save costs and accurately forecast the oil spill trajectory at sea, which has the potential to be further promoted.
