目的了解接触有机磷农药作业人员的健康状况,及时发现职业禁忌证及职业病病人。方法对南宁市有机磷农药生产企业的职业人群进行健康体检。结果 511名职业暴露人群中,检出244人344项异常,异常检出率为47.55%,共检出职业禁忌证19人,未检出法定职业病(有机磷农药中毒)病人。结论长期接触有机磷农药可对人体造成损害,必须引起足够重视。
Objective To understand the health status of workers exposed to organophosphorus pesticides and find out the occupational contraindications and occupational diseases in time. Methods To conduct a physical examination of occupational groups of organophosphorus pesticide manufacturing enterprises in Nanning. Results Out of 511 occupationally exposed persons, 344 abnormalities were detected in 244 individuals and the rate of abnormality was 47.55%. A total of 19 occupational contraindications were detected and no statutory occupational diseases (organophosphate pesticide poisoning) were detected. Conclusion Long-term exposure to organophosphorus pesticides can cause damage to the human body, must pay enough attention.
