中央宣传部、新闻出版署今年5月29日联合下发了《关于建立违纪违规报刊警告制度的意见》和《违纪违规报刊警告制度实施细则》的通知,决定对违纪违规的报刊实施警告制度。 《意见》和《细则》下发后,绝大部分报刊都严格按照《通知》的要求遵规遵纪,认真办报办刊,不敢有任何松懈。 但与此同时,仍有个别报刊,置中央宣传部和新闻出版暑的警告制度于不顾,有令不行,有禁
On May 29 this year, the Central Propaganda Department and the Press and Publication Administration jointly issued the “Opinions on Establishing a System of Warnings about Violations of Laws and Regulations” and the “Rules for the Implementation of a Regulatory System for Newspapers and Periodical Violations”, and decided to implement a warning system for newspapers and periodicals that violate the rules and regulations. After the “Opinions” and the “Rules” were issued, the vast majority of newspapers and periodicals strictly abide by the requirements of the “Circular” and run the newspapers in a conscientious manner, without any laxity.
