目的为了解宝山区医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒灭菌现状,制定相应的措施和对策。方法2008年1～10月对宝山区所有在“医疗机构执业许可证”诊疗科目中设置口腔专业的医疗机构进行了专项调查。结果宝山区设置口腔专业的医疗机构共76家,其中公立医疗机构25家,民办及个体牙科诊所51家。公立医疗机构在消毒灭菌监测制度建立合格率为100%,民办及个体牙科诊所为76.4%;公立医疗机构在口腔诊疗器械消毒后包装合格率为96%,民办及个体牙科诊所为82.36%;公立医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果化学及生物监测合格率分别为96%及100%,民办及个体牙科诊所分别为86.27%及70.5%。结论建议加强对民办及个体牙科诊所消毒灭菌法律法规知识的培训,同时提高监管力度,进一步加强对民办及个体牙科诊所的监管,确保人民群众的身体健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of disinfection and sterilization of oral medical devices in medical institutions of Baoshan District and to make corresponding measures and countermeasures. Methods From January to October, 2008, a special investigation was conducted on all the medical institutions that set up oral specialties in the “Medical Licensing of Medical Institutions” in Baoshan District. Results Baoshan District set up a total of 76 dental professional medical institutions, including 25 public medical institutions, 51 private and individual dental clinics. Public health institutions in the disinfection and sterilization monitoring system established a pass rate of 100%, private and individual dental clinics was 76.4%; public health institutions in the oral medical equipment disinfection packaging 96% pass rate, private and individual dental clinic was 82.36%; The passing rates of disinfection and sterilization of chemical and biological monitoring in public medical institutions were 96% and 100% respectively, while that of private and individual dental clinics was 86.27% and 70.5% respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that we should strengthen the training on laws and regulations on disinfection and sterilization of private and individual dental clinics and at the same time improve supervision and control, further strengthen the supervision over privately-run and individual dental clinics, and ensure the health of the general public.
