目的探讨群体儿童BMI分布对速度和耐力素质的影响,为控制体重、增强素质提供依据。方法对山东省910名7岁儿童按BMI分组,分别计算各组儿童50m跑和50m×8往返跑的平均成绩,绘制速度和耐力素质随BMI的变化曲线。结果 7岁儿童的速度和耐力素质随BMI的变化呈“V”型分布,BMI在14.5~16.0kg/m2之间的学生速度和耐力素质最好,BMI过小或过大都不利于速度和耐力素质的发展。结论儿童BMI增长和超重、肥胖率上升是导致运动素质下降的身体形态学原因。增强学生体质必须采取加强体育锻炼、营养教育和控制体重等综合措施。
Objective To investigate the effect of BMI distribution on speed and endurance quality in group children, and to provide basis for weight control and quality improvement. Methods A total of 910 7-year-old children in Shandong Province were grouped according to BMI. The average scores, the speed of drawing and the quality of endurance traits with BMI were calculated respectively for 50m run and 50m × 8 run of each group. Results The speed and endurance quality of 7-year-old children showed “V” type distribution with the change of BMI. The students with BMI of 14.5-16.0 kg / m2 had the best speed and endurance qualities. Too little or too large BMI was unfavorable to the speed And endurance quality development. Conclusion Children with BMI increase and overweight, obesity rate is leading to decreased physical fitness of the physical morphology. To enhance the constitution of students must take measures to strengthen physical exercise, nutrition education and weight control and other comprehensive measures.
