球罐整体热处理需要近10名技术熟练、有经验的工人操作,且频繁调节各阀门,而供油、供风难于掌握,导致球罐温度难于控制。开发了球罐整体热处理微机自动控制系统。球罐热处理方法采用高速喷嘴内部燃烧法。球罐共设27个测温点,各测温点的表面热电偶用补偿导线接至微机上,以便进行温度的监控及记录。球罐恒温温度以 625±25℃为宜,温差值控制在 50℃以内较好,300℃以下加热速度不限,300℃以上升温速度控制在60~80℃/h。恒温结束后,降温速度宜控制在 30~50℃/h, 300℃以下可自然冷却。热处理微机自动控制系统可实现如下功能:自动控制给油量及风压,自动点火,温度监控的自动控制,温度变化的记录及打印功能,温度变化语音提示报警功能,热工计算的自动控制功能。
