目的了解北京地区Q热畜牧业相关人群的感染状况和分布特点。方法于2010年9月—2011年11月采集北京市畜牧业相关工作人员787份血清,采用间接免疫荧光法检测血清中的Ⅰ、Ⅱ相IgG抗体,计算阳性率并进行年龄、性别及各畜牧业相关职业间的比较。结果 Q热总感染率高达39.01%(307/787),其中30.24%(238/787)的人处于感染急性期,8.77%的(69/787)处于感染慢性期,处于感染急性期的要远多于处于慢性期的,男性感染率(45.41%,208/458)高于女性(30.09%,99/329),各年龄组之间及各畜牧业相关职业之间无明显差异。结论北京地区畜牧业相关人群有着较高的Q热感染率。
Objective To understand the infection status and distribution characteristics of Q-related livestock husbandry in Beijing. Methods A total of 787 serum samples of animal husbandry workers in Beijing from September 2010 to November 2011 were collected. Serum IgG and IgG were detected by indirect immunofluorescence. The positive rates were calculated and analyzed by age, sex and animal husbandry Industry-related occupational comparison. Results The overall rate of Q infection was 39.01% (307/787), of which 30.24% (238/787) were in the acute stage of infection, 8.77% (69/787) were in the chronic phase of infection and far away from the acute stage of infection In the chronic phase, the prevalence rate of male was higher than that of female (45.41%, 208/458) (30.09%, 99/329). There was no significant difference between each age group and each animal husbandry related occupational. Conclusion The animal husbandry related population in Beijing has a high rate of Q infection.
