随着绩效的实行,病区与中心药房的矛盾日益加剧,药学人员面正着新形式之下的巨大挑战。本文结合中心药房的日常实践工作体会,从中心药房的药学服务中寻找出存在的不足之处、了解医护人员对药学服务的需求和建议,后分析其中原因,提出整改;探讨PDCA循环法在提升医院门诊药房管理中是否存在着促进作用。
With the implementation of performance, the contradiction between the ward and the central pharmacy has been aggravated. Pharmacists are facing the great challenge under the new form.
