近年来,“中国崛起”问题已成为当今国际社会的热点问题之一。尽管中国遵循“韬光养晦”的战略,但中国三十年余来经济的持续高速增长和综合国力的显著提升已是不争的事实。同时,随着中国综合国力的提升,其国家利益也不断扩大,其维护自身利益的行为也逐渐趋于强硬,这一定程度上加剧了本身对中国的崛起保持密切关注的美国的担忧,并在一定条件下通过美国的政策调整转化为实际的行动,从而影响中国的崛起进程。因此,探讨“中国的崛起对美国战略调整的影响”问题,具有重大的战略和现实意义。本文中,笔者将主要从全球和地区两个层面,来分析中国的崛起对美国战略调整的影响。
In recent years, the issue of “the rise of China” has become one of the hot issues in the international community today. Although China follows the strategy of “keeping a low profile”, it is an indisputable fact that the rapid economic growth of the rest of China over the past 30 years and the significant improvement of its overall national strength are undeniable. At the same time, with the improvement of China’s overall national strength, its national interest has also been steadily expanding and its behavior of safeguarding its own interests has also gradually tended to be tougher. This has certainly exacerbated the concern of the United States itself, which itself has closely followed China’s rise, Under certain conditions, the policy adjustment in the United States will be translated into practical actions, thereby affecting the process of China’s rise. Therefore, it is of great strategic and practical significance to probe into the issue of “the impact of China’s rise on U.S. strategic readjustment.” In this article, I will analyze the impact of China’s rise on the strategic adjustment of the United States mainly from the global and the regional levels.
