二氧化钛中磷的比色测定,有磷钼黄法、磷钼兰法和用有机溶剂萃取钼兰法等,使用的有机溶剂有乙醚、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯和三氯甲烷—正丁醇等。我们选择了乙醚—甲基异丁基酮(1:1)作萃取剂,它既克服了在乙醚中有色络合物的不稳定性,又克服了甲基异丁酮灵敏度低的缺点。对部分测定条件及干扰情况进行了试验。试验证明:在硝酸介质中,用(1:1)混合萃取剂萃取磷钼黄后,以二氯化锡还原的比色方法是灵敏的稳定的。其实验情况概述如下:
Titanium dioxide in the colorimetric determination of phosphorus molybdenum yellow method, phosphomolybdate method and the organic solvent extraction molybdenum blue method, the use of organic solvents are ether, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethyl acetate and chloroform - Butanol and so on. We chose ether - methyl isobutyl ketone (1: 1) as an extractant, which not only overcomes the instability of the colored complex in ether, but also overcomes the shortcomings of low sensitivity of methyl isobutyl ketone. Part of the test conditions and interference conditions were tested. The results show that the method of colorimetric reduction with tin (II) chloride is sensitive and stable in nitric acid medium after the extraction of phosphorus molybdenum yellow with (1: 1) mixed extractant.
